I’m reaching out to ask for a little help with an unexpected and overwhelming car repair situation. My car needs major repairs, including a new transmission, CV axles, engine bearings, and several other necessary repairs. The total cost is around $7,000. If I didn't still owe money for the car payments, I'd simply call it a loss - but I owe almost as much in payments and can't get another car.

I’ve already taken out a loan to cover the repairs because I need my car, but the payments are going to put me in a really difficult financial position and leave very little room for my other everyday expenses.

I know times are tough for everyone, and I completely understand that not everyone is able to contribute.
