Support Needed for Urgent Building Repairs

As many people can tell you, I don't ask for help much but this time I really need it. This is the upstairs porch to the building that has become my home and housed my business for 7 years. I bought the building back in November and have been trying to find someone who will fix it since then. And finally I have, right in the knick of time. The insurance company who handles my property insurance planned to cancel it or, at the least, charge me an extra $1,700 for the amount of repairs that my building needs. In short, things need to be fixed around here.

The contractor has quoted me $15,000 for the full repair costs. If you can give anything at all to help offset the cost, I deeply appreciate it.

Thank you for every bit of support you guys have given me over the years. I wouldn't be here without you and I wouldn't ask if it wasn't a necessary expense.
