Support Needed for Trans Medical Debt

I recently underwent FFS and the bill for my surgery ended up being far more than I was anticipating. This in itself was already a problem, however, when I returned to work post-surgery I returned to find there was no work available for me. This has remained the case for the last few weeks, leaving me over $5k in debt with no source of income on top of all of my other expenses (rent, student loans, etc.) To top it all off, the person who gave me my car a year ago is now asking for it back, and I have no way of pushing against this, since the car is still in her name.

I don't usually like doing things like this, but right now I'm terrified of how I'll manage to pay rent, let alone all of the debt I'm in. I'm the sole source of income for me and my partner and we could really use your help right now :( Thank you <3
