Last night, we unexpectedly took in a stray dog who had been living in a very difficult and unsafe situation. Despite everything he’s been through, he is incredibly gentle and trusting—but it’s clear he needs medical attention right away. He is currently sick and requires comprehensive veterinary care, including deworming, bloodwork to assess his kidney function and overall health, and neutering. There is also concern about a possible enlarged prostate, which may require additional diagnostics like X-rays and further treatment.

We’ve already started him on a broad-spectrum antibiotic and dewormer, as well as fluids to counteract his severe dehydration, but we know the costs will continue to grow as we work to get him healthy and comfortable. We are asking for support from anyone who is able to give—no amount is too small, and every contribution will go directly toward his care.
