Support Needed For Single Mother and Diner Owner

My mother, Sheila Challoner, worked at this unique family restaurant long before she owned it herself. Many customers over the years have become genuine friends, and some more like family to her. It is without a doubt that Sheila's Diner is not a second home, but her real home.
Coming close to the holidays and facing severe financial difficulties, my mother Sheila is in need of some support. Being open the last few months for dine-in and take-out has enabled her to cover the diner's utility bills and food costs, but she has not been able to pay for her lease since the diner's closure in March. This lease needs to be paid or Sheila's Diner will not survive.
We have been so happy and grateful to see our regular customers coming back over the last couple months, and hitting our goal will mean that the diner can stay open in the months to come. If we are fortunate enough to exceed our goal, then we will have a little more peace of mind as the Niagara Region prepares to enter the "red" zone this January. We would love to continue serving the Niagara community throughout this pandemic, but we can't do it without your help.

Note that these hours reflect our current hours of operation. With an increase of customers, we will be able to extend our hours.
