Support Needed for Senior's Urgent Car Repairs

I need some help with a car repair. I am a retired senior citizen. I am on a fixed income and have chronic health issues. I do various things for the local art & music community, which I've done for 9+ years. I help at the local senior center, including delivering meals on wheels. The things I do don't bring in income, but I believe they're important.

I need my car, and I have taken very good care of it. I can't afford to replace it with a new or used vehicle.

I sometimes get an occasional job driving the local Amish, and I drive friends to medical appointments. I live in a rural area where transportation is needed for anything and everything. There aren't even any stores in the village I live in.

I could use some help. I have plenty of other needs, but right now, I need to address these repairs to avoid having an accident: potentially causing injury to myself or others, and to avoid having no vehicle at all. I need the car to pass inspection at the end of September.

I was just notified by Della Subaru in Plattsburgh NY of urgent repairs needed. I will attach a copy of the receipt, with the list of recommended repairs. One of the repairs is urgent. A safety issue. It's the front "subframe" which is estimated to be $1,200 with parts and labor. I also need rear brake pads and rotors ( estimated at $450) plus a drive belt ( estimated at $99.95 ).
