As many of you know, my beloved cat Roo has been having some medical issues lately and the costs have begun to overwhelm me. She has pancreatitis, an enlarged secum, gallstones, and a nodule in her liver that the vet is pretty positive is just a cyst.

Thankfully, none of this is fatal; it’s just chronic. She is now on a prescription diet that is twice as expensive ($120/mo) as her previous food, liver medication that’s $90 a month, and anti-nausea medication that’s $80 a month. She had an ultrasound that cost $500 and will need another one in a couple of months to check on that nodule and dental work in August that’s going to cost at least $1500. Plus there was blood work and vet visits that have cost more than $500.

I am on a fixed income, and my credit cards are being maxed out. So as much as I hate doing this, I am asking for help. Any amount that you can spare, no matter how small, would be very much appreciated. Roo and I thank you!!
