Support Needed for Relocation After Home Sale

After moms passing dad has found out that the trust that holds the home that i was supposed to be in for the rest of my life has to be sold. We have checked with lawyers and their recommendation is to sell the home which puts me out of a forever home . At my age i cannot make enough on my disability to pay for a new home plus move all the furnishings and stuff i have that cannot just be dumped. When I had the 5 Bypass and failed spine surgery it threw my working days to a complete standstill. I am able to move around pretty good but now that the home must be sold I have no place to go with all my belongings. I checked into section 8 and we do not have any openings here in my area so that is not an option. I am doing this go fund me to acquire funds to find a place and get re situated. All my doctors are here and i really don't need the stress of another heart attack before I get a home base again. I understand everyone is in a similar economic position so I am just asking if anyone is able to help out , it would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your consideration!
