I've been without electricity for almost a month and need help with the outrageous energy bill.

I contacted NYSEG to explore payment arrangements but they were no help.

I tried reaching out to Social Services and Catholic charities but they couldn't offer the proper assistance.

At this point, any help would be greatly appreciated
