I'm a mom to a brilliant 12-year-old girl with autism. Joanna needs surgery desperately on her right foot asap. She was born with a foot deformity that has worsened as she has grown . She needs reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. Then physical therapy after she heals.

Despite the constant pain she tries to do sports, keep active. She is always smiling and kind to everyone.

My insurance won't cover it. I have multiple jobs and take care of my 9 and 12-year-old girls.
