Hello my name is Husniya Kedr, I’m excited to share that I’ve been awarded a full scholarship to pursue a PhD at the University of Glasgow in Urban Retrofit and Climate Policy. This has been a lifelong dream, and I’ve worked tirelessly to make it happen.

Now, I’m at the final step—applying for my student visa—but I need your support. To complete my visa application, I must pay the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) of £3,492 (~4,237.4 EUR), which my scholarship doesn’t cover.

I’m reaching out to my community to help me overcome this unexpected challenge. Any contribution, big or small, will bring me closer to this goal and help me continue working for a better and more inclusive future.
