Support Needed for Mobility Equipment

Back in July, I was hospitalized and diagnosed with congestive heart failure. Along with managing diabetes and sleep apnea, life has become a bit more challenging lately. I’m now also experiencing severe nerve issues in my legs and spine, and will soon be using a power wheelchair to get around.

To keep some independence and continue getting to my appointments and daily needs, I need to install a tow hitch on my minivan and get a cargo rack to carry my power chair. With the cost of everything rising, it’s been hard to afford these essential items on my own.
