hello everyone! my girlfriend has just been unfairly fired from her job 3 days before christmas, and due to her being a contract employee and the way she was let go will likely not be able to collect unemployment benefits. she will also be losing her health insurance and has several medications she depends on, so this situation is incredible poorly timed and stressful. the job market is shit right now and i worry about her not being able to find something fast enough that will also offer benefits, and neither of us have much in savings, so i am setting up this gfm to try to get something together to cover the potential out of pocket costs of her medications at least. i know everyone is strapped for cash around this time but if anyone has anything to contribute, even anything small, i would appreciate it so much!
