Hey all my friends and stalkers

I really need some help getting the medical equipment I need. I'm getting the endless runarounds from my insurance company. I simply can't afford these chairs and I need them. If everyone could maybe donate $5, it adds up fast. I hate to admit that I need help, but I really, really would appreciate it.
