Support Needed for Legal Counsel for James's Daughter

To my dear friends,

My greatest fear has come to fruition. We lost James, Jazmyn's beloved daddy, after his long and courageous fight from the horrible disease of liver cancer a with a secondary illness from Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. James never believed that he would succumb to his illness therefore neglected to complete a will and trust. That had brought a world of chaos and a black hole for our child, Jazmyn's future. James's business did not survive the downturn from Covid and the economy. His first family had not included Jazmyn as an heir to James's estate. I have changed jobs to be closer to home and to Jazmyn's school. My debt has increased with the mortgage from the house James and I own, and all the expenses to keep the house in order; to keep it from foreclosure and to keep it on the market for sale. In the meantime, Jazmyn has started kindergarten in a new school. She is deeply struggling since the loss of her daddy and needs assistance to adjust in her new school setting. I am needing help to keep my head above the debt accrued during James' illness. I am living frugally to meet our living expenses as I am desperately trying to get a retainer fee together for an attorney. I am grateful to you for any help.
