Support Needed for Heart Condition Recovery

Hi everyone! Those close to me know I’ve been struggling with my health for the past year, and I finally started to get some answers. I was just diagnosed with a heart condition that needs further investigating, however since I am taking time off from work to get well, I won’t be able to support myself completely. I’m hopeful my community will come together and help support me in my time of need to help cover my moving expenses and medical bills.

It’s been an incredibly fearful time in my life, and I’m at my wits end. Any help is certainly appreciated, no matter how small.
