Support Needed for Dental Surgery and Transportation

I've attempted this before for one of the issues listed. People keep telling me to try again like this and even though I want to scream at the top of my lungs, apparently this time will be different.
So here we go.
- I need to pay for a dental surgery to prevent the utter destruction of my skull. The surgery clocks in at about 7K up front, and that doesn't include time off work and lost wages. Purely the cost of surgery.
- On December 10th, 2024, I was in a bad car accident where someone else hit me. My insurance is denying the claims (yes, I'm trying to engage a lawyer, and even though some people think this is an easy and quick process, it's a difficult and drawn-out one). The vehicle was a lease and somewhere along the line, my insurance company switched me from the required full coverage to some limited nonsense that makes it so they don't think they have to pay. Again, that will be taken up by a lawyer. But finding one, paying for one, and the time invested in court is, again, not quick. I don't even know what those costs will be. That's a future me problem.
- This dilemma has made it so my current only options are to finance the vehicle (it's been deemed a total loss), where I will have a car payment on a vehicle I can't even use. This is about 18K.
- However, to be able to pay for any of the above listed, plus continue to pay for rent and normal bills, I need to be able to get to my 3 jobs. Uber is too expensive and unreliable. The bus system in my town is basically nonexistent and is also unreliable. It also only gives me access to 2 of my 3 jobs; there's no access to the third. The distances and places are not accessible by walking or biking. So, in order to be able to continue to work, I need access to a usable vehicle, which means getting a used car that's not financed that I don't have to make payments on, while I make payments on the useless vehicle. I've been scouring options for weeks and at a minimum, this is going to require 3K.
- I do not have family.
- My wages are not high enough to borrow this money. I am in the process of a credit repair thing that started a few years ago post-divorce.
