After nearly 10 wonderful years together, my cat sadly passed away due to sudden and devastating health issues. A large mass was found in his liver, and his kidneys were severely abnormal, which led to internal bleeding. Surgery might have helped, but the cost was over $10,000—an amount far beyond what my mother and I could afford.

I loved him more than I can put into words. He was my best friend, my comfort, and a constant source of love. If I had the means, I would have done anything to save him. Though it breaks my heart, I take some peace in knowing he’s no longer in pain.
