Support Needed for Car Repair Crisis

Hello everyone, I’m not typically the kind of person who asks for help, but I have nowhere else to turn to and anything would help me get out of this metaphorical hole that I’m in currently. If you’re feeling generous, I would greatly appreciate anything.

For context as to what this is going toward: So recently my car has had a lot of repairs that need to be done and the cost is so much already. My brake pads, rotors, master cylinder, catalytic converter, front axle, airbags, and passenger side door need repairs/replacing, and at the moment I can only get the brakes done but am working with a mechanic who, within reason, is letting me make payments. Ideally, I’d like to just get a new car, but I don’t make enough money to reasonably get one, so my only option is to go through with the repairs currently.

Now for the part where it gets more complicated and why I’m asking for help. My car has been in said mechanic shop for the past couple of days, and I have been using my younger brother’s car to commute to work and to train. I was driving on the freeway today (June 15th as I’m writing this) and I was aggressively cut off by a red SUV who did not give me enough time to stop and I rear-ended them, damaging my younger brother’s car as seen above in the picture, and the car who cut me off took off before any insurance could be swapped. Now, neither I nor my family can afford any repairs on this car, and I don’t know the extent of the repairs needed, but I will update as soon as I know to keep everyone in the loop as I feel if you’re donating, you deserve to know the full extent.
