Support Needed for Brother's Cancer Battle

Hello family and friends I don’t really know how to start this but I am here knocking in your kind hearts for help. Recently we found out that my older brother have Renal Cancer (Stage 4). He is currently in the Philippines and is needing urgent medical attention. He is scheduled to have a surgery on November 3.
