My brother-in-law recently discovered after going to a doctor's appointment that he needed triple bypass surgery. After the surgery, he was discharged from the hospital, and one day later, he started to experience pain in his left arm. My sister took him to the ER, and it was discovered that he had a blood clot and severe damage to his arm that they removed the vein from. During the surgery to repair his arm, it was later determined that he had suffered a stroke. He is currently recovering in the hospital.

Unfortunately, as I write this, today would have been his last day at work as the company that he worked for decided to relocate the business, and he could not find another job in his field. It is heartbreaking seeing him in his current situation and can only hope for my family's sake that he will somehow return to some sort of normal life.
