Support needed for antibiotics with no alternative available

Hey there internet, I was just prescribed a one time dose of antibiotics for +$2000, which is roughly the same as my mortgage and as you can all probably imagine there's no way I can afford that out of pocket. I feel guilty asking for help for a problem this insignificant compared to other families and individuals on here, but I don't know where else to turn. Im already over $4k into my medical mystery and have depleted my savings account with blood tests, a ct scan and other testing that have left me with nothing left to spend beyond what it costs me monthly to pay my bills. Even if I can achieve half of my goal it would make a huge difference for me financially, and I greatly appreciate anything anyone is willing to donate.
