Lady luck has not been by my side lately. After nearly seven years of car payments my 2016 KIA Forta was officially all mine back in February. Unfortunately in the early hours of April 22nd, someone crashed into my car and drove off. As of this morning the body shop and my insurance company have deemed it a Total Loss.

Now I am stuck without a car. Yes I will be receiving a small payout from my insurance company but with my current credit score that won't be enough to put down for a new car.

I am asking and hoping to raise between $2,000 and $5,000 to help put a down payment on a decent used car to get me back on my feet and moving again.

I can't afford to Uber to work everyday and as much as my friends love me I can't keep asking for rides.
