I have been dealing with some major back issues this year! My neck area ( cervical ) has been so bad that it radiates to my mid back and also causes numbness and tingling in my hands !

In May, I was in Florida I got attacked which took my symptoms to another level!

I already knew I had issues with both my cervical and lumbar as I was there to have injections with one of my offices.

Once I got home to Texas I landed out in the ER 2 days in a row!

I was advised that I need cervical sugery involving hardware. I currently have constant pain and numbness in my arms and hands almost 24/7 because I have a herniated disk and a slip disk in my cervical spine with spinal stenosis ( thinning of the spine )!

In addition, have radiating pain right sided from my lower back to my toes!

I do need sugery in my lower back but it is not as extensive as the upper spine

I have been working in spine and orthopedic for 10 years ! Unfortunately my insurance is not a good plan! In network my out of pocket max is $9,500 and out of network it’s is $15,000!

I am going to require 2 surgeries! The neck will need to performed on first as I have been passing out on and off from the pain and the nerves are firing all the time which causes pain and numbness !

As I am making appointments any of the good doctors are out of network so will cost me at least $15,000! On top of that all last month my identity was stolen and a hand full of funds were stolen out of my account!

I honestly feel weird starting a go fund me account but now I am desperate to have sugery because I can’t even stay awake half the time and keep my balance .

Depending on the surgeon the surgery will cost me $15,00 while using my Insurnace. In addition if course I have bills to pay like my mortgage, utilities etc!

I will need to take a short term medical leave which as a result will cut my pay to 60 percent !

I hate to ask for help but here I am asking so I can move forward with the 2 surgeries as the cervical spine can be tricky !

I currently have additional appointment set up and was accepted by physicians that work with NFL and NHL players!
