Hi Family,

I’m reaching out on behalf of a very good friend of mine who is struggling. She was displaced due to a fire on October 3rd, 2023.

The fire started upstairs; everybody had to get out, and she didn’t know about rental insurance. The Red Cross has helped her. She’s been in a hotel for a year and a half, and her balance bill is $4,000. She is humbly asking for help to pay the bill off so that she doesn’t end up on the streets. She’s waiting to get back into her apartment, but there’s no telling when that will be due to PG&E having to do their part. She has reached out for assistance, but because she doesn’t have kids, the resources are limited. If there’s anyone that can help her out, she would be extremely grateful. I’ve known her for 6 years; she has an amazing, beautiful spirit. She walks a spiritual path, and our friends and I would be devastated to see her have to move out of her home with nowhere to go.
