Support Needed because Dwayne’s towing ruined me financially

Dwayne made me pay $200 after towing my car that was parked for less than an hour. I can’t afford $200 Dwayne, and my parents don’t pay for any of my stuff so I can’t just “call mommy” for money like you suggested I should. Any donation would be helpful, I am in utter despair.
