I have been diagnosed with New Daily Persistent Headaches with status migrainosus. I suffer from headaches and/or migraines 24 hours a day, every single day, with light sensitivity all the time, vertigo frequently, and noise sensitivity occasionally. My daily pain level is a 7 or 8 on a scale of 10. All of this is most likely caused by Long Covid. All of the tests, both bloodwork and imaging, have come back normal, except the Covid blood test. I have had these issues since February 13, 2025. I have been seeing a specialist since April, where the official diagnosis came from, but I lost my job in June and lost my insurance. I have not worked since February. I need to continue treatment plans but cannot afford it.

I need help, assistance, support, whatever you want to call it, both monetary and physical. I hate asking. I don't deserve it. What have I done for anyone else? I've hidden away from everyone and everything. I'm isolated. I don't reach out to friends or family; why should I when I'm depressed and needing assistance they can't give? I really hate asking for help. Yes, I am seeking assistance and medical help through various agencies. However, I

am finding financial assistance is sparse.

I'm trying to find a job I can do with the headache, light sensitivity, frequent vertigo, and occasional noise sensitivity. I can’t stand for extended periods; in fact, I can barely tolerate standing long enough to make myself food as this causes the pain to flare. I can sit up, but not for long, as again, the pain flares after an hour or so. I get tremors when I lift anything, including a gallon of milk. I can't drive without the vertigo flaring. What's the point of continuing to try?

I can no longer afford anything. My utilities are due again and will be shut off if I can't pay. All of them, water, phone, internet, electricity, and gas. If the electricity goes, so does all of my food in the fridge and freezer. My bank account is overdrawn. I can’t get a loan. What's the point of continuing?

I need physical assistance organizing the house. My washer is not functioning, and I need it fixed or replaced, but I have no money to do so. Yes, I can go else where, but then I can't control my environment and would have to deal with light and noise exacerbating my pain. The plumbing in this house sucks, and water barely flows in the kitchen or anywhere else in the house, including the bathroom. I have the items needed for the bathroom sink, but can't stand the noise it will take to fix it or even lift those items. The house needs new windows and siding. There are a couple of leaks from the ceiling in the back bedroom, so the roof needs fixing. What's the use in continuing to live? What's the point?

I am a long-time volunteer with several Tulsa agencies and can't continue that either. That's where most of the photos came from.

Please, keep sharing. Please, keep assisting. Please, keep checking in.

Thank you for reading this. I'm sorry I'm asking. I'm at the end of my rope.

Also, my birthday is coming up on 9/11. Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated.
