Hello all, as most of you know, my life-partner of 41 years and husband of nine years suddenly became ill and died in January 2024.

This has left my life in turmoil on every front – emotions, security, grief, finances, housing situation and fear.

I was named as his sole heir in his last will and testament. Thus, I inherited the home he owned in the Philippines and was looking forward to selling it for income while I continue trying to find affordable housing in Los Angeles — so far a fruitless search. Every place is booked solid with long waiting lists.

Meanwhile, certain greedy and crooked relatives of his have swooped down like vultures to stake a baseless claim on his estate, and have started an evil battle with lawyers. It really stinks and I’m disgusted about it. I thought these were people who were dear to him, and me but sadly I was wrong.

If something doesn't open up for me, and soon, I'm going to be in big trouble. I'm really afraid I'm going to end up homeless.

Anyhow, I really need to raise some funds for basic living expenses so I decided to swallow my pride and start a GoFundMe account. Anything at all would be appreciated. If you can’t help me financially, please keep me in your prayers.
