Support Needed After Fiancé's Accident

Sunday morning my fiancé was in an accident where this truck went under the trailer of a semi truck. He has a fractured hip, shattered pelvis, brain bleed, punctured lung, has 6 broken ribs, C1 and C2 fractured. He can’t work due to his injuries, his truck that is now totaled was our only source of transportation, piling up medical bills, and cost of living bills coming due. Thank you for all your support.
