Neal was in a freak work accident on 3/12/25. He was burned by anhydrous ammonia while he was offloading his trailer. They flew him to Indianapolis. He’s currently in the ICU Burn unit. He’s sedated and intubated. Burns are currently at 20%, up from 15% last night. His eyes, nose, mouth, throat, and lungs were burned also. He will need a skin graft surgery on his back. After a lengthy stay at the hospital, he will then have to go to a rehabilitation facility before he can finally go home. And who knows when he’ll be able to get back into his semi to get back to work. He’s got a long road ahead of him. Unfortunately, his bills still have to be paid. His medical should be covered, but we’re trying to ensure that he doesn’t lose his house, truck, or belongings.
