Living with sickle cell disease has been incredibly difficult for me. The painful flare-ups often leave me unable to work, and the burning, stabbing pain and fatigue make even simple tasks feel impossible. There are days when I don’t have the strength to go to work and earn money, which means I struggle to pay my bills and afford basic necessities. This disease has also caused me serious anxiety and depression, making it even harder to keep up with daily life.

I am raising funds to help cover the costs of my medications, doctor appointments, and hospital bills. These expenses add up quickly, and without enough income, I find myself falling behind on important bills like housing, phone, groceries, and transportation to my medical appointments. I am also hoping to start gene therapy or a bone marrow transplant, which could be life-changing but requires additional financial support.
