Support Nat’s journey to a service dog and brighter future
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Natalie and I’m reaching out for support as I work towards getting a service dog trained in psychiatric and cardiac tasks. I don’t usually ask for things like this and this is not easy for me to talk about, but through my struggles with my mental and physical health over the last several years I’ve realized that having a service dog would make a huge difference in my daily life.
Living with POTS and other health challenges, I know a service dog would help me stay safe, manage symptoms, and live more independently. Having a service dog would not only change my daily life, but also make it possible for me to pursue my education, career, and a life of helping others.
This is something I’ve been wanting to do for 2 years now, but it’s been hard to get started because getting and training a service dog is extremely expensive. Between the initial cost of the puppy, professional training, vet care, food, supplies, and occasional boarding, the total cost will be much more over time.
Right now, I'm asking for help with the first major expenses to start. Any amount will help me and I am very grateful to anyone who makes a donation. If you can’t donate, just sharing this page would mean a lot to me.
Thank you so so much for reading this and being a part of this journey!
