Help Us Save Lives  In Memory of My Mother Hi, my name is NaTosha, and I’m the founder of ComPressions4Lyfe CPR LLC, a heart-driven training company dedicated to teaching CPR, First Aid, and AED skills that can truly save lives. This mission is more than professional it’s personal. When I was just 12 years old, my mother passed away after battling illness. While her passing wasn’t sudden, the pain of losing her at such a young age shaped my life forever. It taught me the value of time, the importance of care, and how critical it is for families and communities to be prepared when health emergencies happen. That experience became the seed for something greater a calling. And years later, that calling grew into ComPressions4Lyfe. Today, as a certified BLS instructor through the American Heart Association with over 7 years of experience, I teach everyday people how to respond in moments that matter. Because in a crisis, knowledge and preparation can mean the difference between life and loss. I'm asking for your help to expand this mission and bring life-saving CPR education to those who need it most particularly in underserved and overlooked communities.
