On the first day of October, our hearts were shattered by the unexpected passing of our cherished Father, Step Dad, or as we lovingly called him, Pa. Nathan was the only father we ever knew, embracing us with open arms and a heart full of love. He raised six children alongside his beloved wife, who left us in 2004, leaving a void that only he could fill.

As we navigate through the depths of grief and sorrow, unable to bid him a proper farewell, we find solace in the thoughts and prayers sent our way. The financial burden of an unexpected funeral weighs heavily on us, as Pa stood tall at 6’4”, requiring a special casket and vault. In our efforts to support him, one family member even lost her job.

In this time of profound loss, I have set up this GoFundMe to help the children honor the memory of a truly extraordinary person in their lives. Our deepest wish is to lay him to rest beside his beloved wife, creating a final resting place that reflects their eternal love.

Every contribution, no matter how small, will bring us closer to our goal of covering the funeral expenses. We must raise $12,000 by November 04, 2025, to ensure the celebration of his life can take place on November 7, 2025. We had to move the Date out because we have not raised the funds for service.
