Hi, my name is Nathan Castaneda, and I am honored to have been selected as a member of the prestigious All-American D-Day Memorial Band for 2025. This incredible organization brings together top high school musicians from across the country to honor our nation’s veterans and commemorate the heroes of D-Day through powerful musical performances in Normandy, France.

As a dedicated tuba player from North Carolina, I’ve been fortunate to achieve several musical milestones, including earning a spot in the Honor Band of America twice and being selected for the All-District Band three times. This experience with the D-Day Memorial Band is an extraordinary opportunity to represent our nation on an international stage and honor the sacrifices made by those who have served to protect our freedoms.
