Hi everyone! My name is Corazón, and I'm a case manager for TAY youth at the SF LGBT Center. I am creating this fundraiser on behalf of one of our youth, Nathaniel. Nate is a black trans youth who came to our access point seeking housing support and has since been able to secure their own housing and employment, all while navigating the oppressive systems of power that be.

Nate just got a new job and will be able to maintain his rent after this month. We are now asking for community support so that they have the funds to cover the difference. Please give what you are able to help maintain a beloved community member’s housing stability, thank you!
