My name is Nathan Underwood, and I am a father of four beautiful children. My first two from a prior marriage where their mother temporarily gave up her rights to me. After years of fighting tooth and nail to be the much-needed voice for my son and daughter, regain my fatherly rights after they were unexpectedly taken and kept away from me for two years without any contact or knowledge of their whereabouts, and seeking fair parenting orders which just recently were granted, I am asking for much-needed assistance. My voice as their father is still needing to be heard, and my parental rights are continuously violated despite a strenuous current court order.

I am asking family, friends, and those who have been in a similar fight as I am and can sympathize with the struggles and heartache, to please assist me with legal fees for this continuous uphill battle in court. My goal is for my voice to be heard, my rights to be respected, and violators to be held accountable in this issue.
