My name is Eric Severance, Nathan Severance’s Dad. Nathan has undergone back surgery for two herniated discs he injured while deployed for the Army National Gaurd in 2021. He has been serving and working and powering through his constant back pain ever since then. After attempts of cortisone shots and physical therapy weren’t helping, Nathan was finally able to get relief through neurosurgery on July 18th through Dartmouth Medical Center. He is starting to feel much better now, but he is not allowed to work for eight weeks in order for the procedure to properly heal. Luckily most of his medical costs are covered by the Veteran’s Administration, but he needs a little help for his $2200 monthly mortgage and utility bills while he is out of work until mid September.
