My family and I are coming here to ask for help during the most heart-wrenching and painful situation we've had to endure. On Friday, October 30th, my little brother, Nathan Ramirez, went to the dunes to ride Can-Ams with his cousin CLEAPATRA ESCALANTE AKA (Ciara Escalante)and her friends, when his night took a terrible turn. At 5 am on October 31st, I received some of the worst news of mine and my family's life. I was told that my brother was airlifted out of the dunes and flown to a hospital in Palm Springs. We weren't told where, what time, or even what happened. We later found out this incident didn't occur at 5 am, but instead, 4 hours prior at 1 am. CLEAPATRA Escalante neglected to tell my family and me what occurred and CHOSE not to reach out to anyone until hours later. Whether that be from guilt, fear, or just plain incompetence, it is in no way acceptable.

My family and I had to travel 4 hours from Arizona to get to his hospital. When we arrived, CLEAPATRA was in no way trying to show support for our family but instead approached us with hostility and threats. CLEAPATRA and her friends were asked to leave multiple times, which each time only resulted in backlash and vulgar threats towards my family. It wasn't until the hospital security said they were calling the cops that she fled the hospital.

Over the last 24 hours, my family and I haven't received a consistent story from these people, but one thing we know for certain from the hospital's perspective is that his injuries are not consistent with an off-roading accident but instead look like attempted homicide from assault and battery by this man (Tucker Lee David) and under the supervision of Ciara.

We are coming here to ask for financial assistance for my family and me. We've had to dip into our rent money to afford hotels for us and have had to pile 10 of us into 2 rooms. We are reaching out so we can have the ability to continue to stay here for my brother and we can't bear to leave him here alone, especially with everything looking the way it is. My brother is suffering from a brain bleed, in which he has already had to get one procedure done to release the pressure in his skull. He is on a ventilator, has a fractured vertebra in his spine, a broken nose, bruising and swelling over his whole face, and left ear. My brother was pronounced dead; the hospital had to take life-saving measures so that he could be resuscitated. Right now, he is in a coma fighting for his life while our family is anxiously awaiting to hear better news. Meanwhile, the people that are responsible for what happened are lying and creating stories and lies to the police to try and absolve them from any responsibility for what happened to him. My family and I are praying for reproof and recompense for my little brother.
