I’m reaching out today on behalf of my mother, Nathalie Mullinix.

My mother was enjoying life until minor stomach pain led to a diagnosis of stage IV ovarian cancer. Since the diagnosis, she has been hospitalized and is undergoing an intensive course of treatment. The past few weeks have been overwhelming for our family.

Ovarian cancer at this stage requires an aggressive and carefully coordinated treatment plan. My mother is currently receiving systemic chemotherapy to target the cancer throughout her abdomen and lungs. In the coming weeks, she is expected to undergo cytoreductive surgery — a major procedure aimed at removing as much of the tumor burden as possible to improve long-term outcomes. These treatments are complex, physically demanding, and often extend over many months.

My mother has always been a remarkably strong and independent person. Her determination, work ethic, and entrepreneurial spirit have shaped who I am today. For decades, she’s poured her energy into building her real estate company and serving her clients with integrity and respect.
