For those who know Nate Cortez (aka @rollback_nate) you know how much motorcycles, riding, and the community surrounding it mean to him. Unfortunately, during Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, Nate was injured while doing what he loves most. 

This accident left Nate with a serious ankle injury - a dislocated tibia and spiral fractured fibula. He now faces a long recovery and will need continued medical care as well as surgery.  

Nate currently does not have health insurance, and this unexpected accident has created a tremendous financial burden during a time when his focus needs to be on healing and recovering. We are hoping to raise money to help with his medical expenses, recovery, and the everyday costs that come with being unable to do the things he normally would.

Nate has always been someone who gives his time, passion, and energy to the people and community around him. Now we’re asking that community to come together for him.
