After several oral surgeries, the tooth decay and erosion has taken over and all top teeth and most of the bottom teeth must be removed. I struggled to eat most foods and avoid anything hot or cold. Getting Implants would be a huge improvement, and confidence booster.

The 1st appointment: Photos, records, measurements, 3D CBCT Scan and impressions for the surgical guide: $14,745 non-refundable deposit will be due before the appointment to cover the implants and their specialty parts, the long term provisional prosthesis, as well as the final high-quality prosthesis.

Appointment Day for surgery: $21,183 due before the work begins for surgical extractions, placement of bone grafts, membranes, implants, and the long-term provisional prosthesis under sedation for the maxillary arch.

Final delivery of the permanent prosthesis: $1,000 plus any additiona| bone grafts, membranes, or cost changes deemed necessary during this maxillary surgery, will be due before final delivery of permanent implant prosthesis.
