As many of you know, our good pal Nathan Scheer recently hit a bit of a bump on his usually smooth-sailing journey through life. About three months ago, Nate's heart decided to throw him a curveball—a heart attack, no less. True to form, he's been handling the situation with his usual humor and a grin that's only slightly dimmed by the circumstance.

After some quick action and a bit of high-tech wizardry (we're talking stents and a defibrillator here!), Nate's on the mend. But here’s the kicker—our friend, who leaps at the chance to help others, finds himself in a tough spot, facing hefty medical bills and a forced time-out from work.
