My name is Trevor and I am creating this for one of my best friends, Nate Nelson. Yesterday, he got the news that he has Stage 2 or 3 testicular cancer and has emergency surgery this Friday. More info will follow after that surgery. Nate is not one to ask for help from anyone but will be the first to offer his help to everyone else. The last couple of years, Nate has had one setback after another, and in his current situation, he does not have insurance. I want to see if we can get him a win for once and see if we can help with some of his medical bills.
