Support for Natalie and Chad Tribble: Recovery from Devastating Burns

Dear Friends and Family,

We are reaching out with heavy hearts and hopeful spirits on behalf of Natalie and Chad Tribble. On August 17th, during a cherished family day at home, a grease fire tragically altered their lives. As they were cooking and enjoying time together, the fire quickly escalated, causing severe burns to both Natalie and Chad.

Chad bravely managed to control the flames but, in the process, both he and Natalie sustained serious injuries. Their children, showing remarkable courage, called 911 and remained calm until help arrived. Thankfully, the kids were unharmed, and their home experienced minimal damage.

Natalie and Chad were rushed to Vanderbilt Hospital, where they are receiving critical care for their burns. Natalie suffered severe burns to her right leg, along with minor wounds on her back, right arm, and left lower leg. Chad’s injuries include burns to his face, neck, hands, forearms, and lower legs. While Chad has not yet required a skin graft, the medical team is closely monitoring his condition. Natalie has undergone two skin graft surgeries and will remain in the hospital as she continues her recovery.

Chad, a dedicated local dentist, and Natalie, who works closely with the president of MTCS, are both facing significant challenges as they heal. Due to the high risk of infection from their burns, returning to work in their respective fields is not feasible at this time. This means they will be taking an extended period off, which adds a substantial financial burden to their already overwhelming situation.

We have set up this GoFundMe to help alleviate the financial strain of medical expenses and lost income during their recovery. Your support will allow Natalie and Chad to focus solely on healing without the added stress of financial concerns.
