Help Support Natalia Monsivais in Her Fight for Recovery

Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

I am reaching out to ask for your help in supporting Natalia Monsivais, who has been facing an incredibly difficult time.

To paint it simply, in early February Natalia visited an urgent care due to a debilitating headache which proved to be something worse, falling unconscious at the clinic she was ambulanced away to have emergency brain surgery. She had been infected with a rare and dangerous super bug which created an abscess in her skull, a craniotomy had to be performed as the last-ditch effort to alleviate the pressure on her brain.

Nothing was going well, her health rapidly declined, and she was near death. Unconscious for weeks, she was in critical condition, and we feared the worst.

Despite the odds, and with the help of the doctors, the last line of defense antibiotics, it appears she is now on the long road to recovery.

She is currently undergoing intensive rehabilitation, and while we are hopeful and optimistic about her recovery, we are also traversing the financial difficulties this has put on us. We are taking on her finances and medical expenses.

Natalia is a talented artist, someone who has always poured her heart into creating beautiful works of art. She

has always been there for others—whether it was through her art, her kindness, gift of teaching, or being a supportive friend.

This is a crucial time for her, and any donation, no matter how small, will make a huge difference in her ability to recover and get back to doing what she loves.
