Help Keep Extreme Athletic Training a Home for All Nashua Kids!
The Power of Play and Training
In the heart of Nashua, a special kind of gym is doing more than just building muscles—it's building community, confidence, and futures. Extreme Athletic Training (EAT), run by and Jeff Richard, is a place where every child, regardless of their family's financial situation, can access top-tier athletic training, mentorship, and a safe place to belong.
For kids who can afford it, like my son, the monthly fee is $75. This covers essential gym operations. But for many of the kids who walk through the doors each night, that $75fee is an impossible hurdle.
A Gym for Every Child
On any given night, you'll find 15 to 30 kids at EAT. A large number of these incredible young athletes come from families who simply cannot afford the monthly cost.
Anthony and Jeff, driven by their passion for the community, refuse to turn any child away. They believe that talent, discipline, and the joy of movement should not be gated by a parent's income. This means that while the gym is full, the bank account is empty.
The Financial Reality
The truth is, Extreme Athletic Training makes virtually no money. All payments collected from the kids who can pay go directly to covering the bare minimum: rent and utilities. The gym operates on a razor-thin margin, sustained by the sheer goodwill and personal sacrifice of Anthony and Jeff.
We need your help to keep this vital resource alive and ensure every child in Nashua can continue to train, grow, and thrive.
Where Your Donation Goes
Your donation will be a direct investment in the futures of Nashua's youth. Every dollar will go toward closing the gap between the gym's operating costs and the funds they receive, specifically covering:
Keeping the Lights On: Paying for essential utilities like electricity and heat.
A Roof Over Their Heads: Ensuring the monthly rent is covered.
Sponsoring a Child: Effectively acting as a sponsor to cover the $75 monthly fee for the kids whose families cannot afford to pay.
