Many of you know my mom Naomi and many of you know of the recent devastating news we all received. For those who don’t, on Halloween of this year, my mom was diagnosed with stage 3A adenocarcinoma (lung cancer) in her right lung on top of COPD. COPD stands for Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and it is a group of lung diseases that block airflow and makes it difficult to breathe.

My momma is a friend, a mom to 3, a grandma to so many, a daughter, a wife, and so much more ❤️ she is brave and strong, she is kind and has done her best to help others in any way she can, she is an amazing person. My mom is and has always been the strongest woman I know but nevertheless she needs us now more than ever.

She has had never ending appointments almost every 2-3 days and cannot take herself to most. After her biopsy she ended up having to stay in the hospital due to her oxygen saturation being considerably low and since then she has been on constant oxygen. This is making it impossible for her to travel or leave the house alone and my dad has to take off work to get her where she needs to be and this will only continue if not get more consistent. We are heartbroken and hurting but we will fight this with everything we have. My dad has always made sure food is on the table and everyone is taken care of, but nobody can do this on their own, especially these days. Bills are starting to stack and stress will start to flood and overwhelm more than it already has. We are VERY thankful for any support or help we can get. Times are tough for all and even a share helps more than one can imagine. My hopes are to take some financial stress off both my mom and dad’s shoulders in any way I can. Medical bills should be the least of there worries.
