Support Nancy's Journey to Stroke Recovery

We are raising money to support Nancy’s stroke recovery and would greatly appreciate donations of any amount.

On Sunday, May 19, 2024, Nancy suffered a stroke while visiting NYC, one of her favorite places. She is currently recovering at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Manhattan. At this time, it is anticipated she will be at Mt. Sinai for a few weeks and then she will be moved to a rehab facility in NH. In the upcoming months, Nancy will be working on regaining her mobility, speech, feeding, and cognitive abilities.

Your support will help cover medical bills, ambulance transportation from NY to NH when she is discharged, as well as accommodation costs for her family to stay in NYC in order to be by her side during this challenging time.

I will be posting more updates as she progresses so please stayed tuned for those in you are interested. I have raised the fundraiser goal so that accessibility accommodations can be made at my parent’s house when the time comes that she is out of an inpatient rehabilitation facility.
