Support Nancy Pollack's Battle with Breast Cancer

This GoFundMe is on behalf of Nancy Pollack, a beloved mom, sister, daughter, coworker, and friend.

In February, Nancy was diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time, after receiving a first diagnosis in 2023. Unfortunately, this new diagnosis revealed a more aggressive type of cancer, meaning that she needs to begin chemotherapy as soon as possible. If you have had the privilege of spending time with her, you know that Nancy is one of the most kind and selfless people you will ever meet, as she brightens the lives of everyone around her. She is a mother to two children, Alex and Kylie, who lost their father in the fall of 2024, and who now struggle to see their mom battling cancer again.

Any money raised from this fund will go towards assisting Nancy and her family with medical bills, mainly something called 'cold capping,' which will hopefully allow Nancy to keep most of her hair- at least one small piece of normalcy- during the chemotherapy process. Additionally, she will be inconsistently able to work while undergoing chemo and significant reconstructive surgery that will follow. Her income will be affected by all of this, especially as a single mom supporting her daughter through college. Any support for Nancy and her family during this time would be immensely appreciated, as we all want to see Nancy back as the happy, healthy, and wonderful person that we know and love.
